Intellectual Property Litigation Solicitor / 5+ PQE / London / £80,000 – £100,000 DOE – A fantastic opportunity for an experienced IP Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded Intellectual Property team handling complex and high-profile disputes for an impressive client base. nnJOB TITLE: Intellectual Property Litigation SolicitornPQE REQUIRED: 5+nLOCATION: LondonnSALARY: £80,000 – £100,000 DOEnnTHE ROLE:nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving and ambitious IP team in London.nnWorking closely with experienced Partners and a talented team of specialist Lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of intellectual property disputes and litigation matters. The caseload will include trademark disputes, passing off claims, copyright matters, design rights disputes and patent-related issues.nnYou will take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload, advising a diverse client base that includes businesses operating within the sports, fashion, retail and consumer brands sectors. In addition to managing your own matters, you will play an active role in supporting and mentoring junior lawyers, whilst contributing to the continued growth and success of the team through networking and business development activities.nnThis role offers excellent exposure to high-profile work and the opportunity to build your reputation within a highly respected IP practice.nnTHE CANDIDATE:nApplications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of five years' PQE and a strong background in intellectual property disputes and litigation.nnYou will possess excellent technical knowledge across trade marks, copyright, design rights and passing off matters, together with strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload, developing client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice.nnStrong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for business development are essential.
