People Partner: HR Strategy & Employee Relations

BIMM University in Brighton is looking for a People Partner to support operational priorities and foster an inclusive workplace. You will work closely with leaders, offer advice on employee relations, and implement HR policies, while collaborating across the People team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR role, sound knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication skills. Regular travel to Essex and London is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
