Join a front‑office aligned production support team within a leading global investment bank, supporting Rates and Credit trading systems across EMEA.

This is a high‑impact, trader‑facing role where you’ll work directly with Front Office, ensuring the stability and performance of business‑critical trading platforms in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Provide production support for Fixed Income (Rates & Credit) trading systems
• Act as a key point of contact for traders and front‑office users, resolving real‑time issues
• Own and manage incidents, problems, and service requests via ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot across Linux/Unix systems and SQL databases
• Work closely with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Support system releases, changes, and improvements across trading platforms
• Contribute to process improvement and operational stability initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a production support / application support role within a trading environment
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, front‑office setting
• Strong technical skills across Linux/Unix and SQL
• Experience supporting trader‑facing systems or working directly with Front Office users
• Familiarity with incident and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Understanding of ITIL framework / processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively

Nice to have

• Exposure to Fixed Income products (Rates / Credit)
• Scripting experience (Python, Shell, or Perl)
• Understanding of trade lifecycle and markets concepts
• Experience with automation, DevOps tools, or monitoring platforms
