About The Role
We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.
Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager, you will be part of a team driving Rainbow Trust’s corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking and stewardship. You will be responsible for stewardship of varied corporate accounts, becoming the main contact and providing excellent account management and stewardship. Some accounts raise six‑figure sums.
You will work collaboratively towards a ‘one team one target’ approach across the Fundraising and Engagement department and ensure that technology is maximised and processes are continuously improved.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to maintain a breadth of fundraising experience and position yourself for future roles with increased responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships.

- Steward varied corporate accounts, becoming the main contact and delivering excellent account management.
- Maintain and grow the corporate income pipeline through networking and stewardship.
- Collaborate across the Fundraising and Engagement department with a ‘one team one target’ approach.
- Maximise use of technology and continuously improve processes.
What we’re looking for

- A motivating, empathetic, persuasive communicator who enjoys preparing and presenting high‑quality presentations.
- Knowledge of good customer‑care principles, adherence to established guidelines, policies and procedures, and delivery of excellent relationship management.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment with multiple priorities simultaneously; results‑oriented, fast learner, responsive to pressure and change.
- Confident use of MS Office and some database experience; strong attention to detail, comfortable working with data, and production of high‑quality accurate work.
- Experience building relationships and raising income, providing exceptional account management.
