Head of College: Strategic Leader for SEND & Employability

Natspec Association is looking for a Head of College at Pure College in Stockport. This role involves strategic and operational leadership to provide high-quality education for young people aged 16–24 with SEND. As a committed leader, you will maintain a visible presence across the college while overseeing staff development and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational management to promote employability, independence, and wellbeing. The salary ranges from £55,000 to £59,000 depending on experience.
