Macquarie Bank Limited is searching for a leader to drive the EMEA inclusion agenda with a focus on strategy and impactful initiatives. In this 12-month fixed-term contract, you will influence culture and partner with senior stakeholders to create an inclusive environment.

Your role includes managing inclusion initiatives, providing insights for regulatory compliance, and embedding inclusive practices across talent processes. You will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Development.
