Your new role
This role is a newly created position as the Head of Finance focuses more on operational business partnering. It will take responsibility for the monthly reporting and leadership of the transactional team.
- Monthly management accounting and presentation of a board pack with analysis
- Budgets and forecasts
- Leading transactional team
- CIS returns
- Support operational business partnering
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience in a project, construction or engineering type industry, and exposure to working with non finance. Experience leading a team would be advantageous. The company has a family‑type culture, so a long‑term mindset and desire to remain for at least 5 years would be a good fit.
