Interim Head of Alternative Provision & School Improvement

BlueSteps Connect seeks an Interim Head of Alternative Provision in the United Kingdom. This pivotal leadership role demands immediate operational and strategic oversight for an established alternative provision supporting around 150 students. You will report directly to the Executive Headteacher and combine day-to-day leadership with hands-on responsibility.

The successful candidate should have strong leadership experience in alternative provision or specialist settings, knowledge of inspection frameworks, and the ability to improve student outcomes and manage senior teams.
