Discipline: Site Manager – Anglian Water (Clean Water Civils & Pipelines)

Location: Based from Biggleswade, Bedfordshire and surrounding Anglian Water regions

Starting: Immediate (TTP)

Duration: Ongoing

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) = 8 hours per day

PAYE Pay Rate:

£30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a clean water civils and pipeline project across the Anglian Water region. The role will involve managing site-based operations delivering clean water infrastructure works including mains replacement, pipelaying, excavations, reinstatement, and associated civils works.
• Supervise site teams, coordinate daily site activities, ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Maintain strong client-facing communication with Anglian Water and wider project stakeholders. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership on live water infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene)
• Safety Critical Medical
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in clean water, utilities, or infrastructure civils
• IT Literate

Desirable:

• NRSWA (Streetworks)
• Experience in pipeline installation / mains laying
