Site Manager

Swansea, Pontarddulais area. Start ASAP. Approx. 4 weeks remaining. Rate: £280 per shift, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

Role Overview

Bee Construction, trading as Site Managers, is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Manager to join an existing live project in the Swansea area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sprinkler related works on site
• Work alongside pipe fitters and racking contractors
• Manage health and safety on site
• Prepare daily reports and site paperwork
• Keep the programme moving
• Communicate with the client and wider site team effectively
• Take over from the current Site Manager through a short handover period

Requirements

• SMSTS certification
• First Aid certification
• CSCS card
• Previous experience as a Site Manager
• Experience managing subcontractors and site paperwork
• Good communication skills and the ability to take over a live site confidently

Preferred Qualifications

• Sprinkler experience
• Racking or warehouse project experience
• Black CSCS Card
