Renewable Energy Project Finance Associate (NYC)

BCL Private Practice is looking for a Project Finance Lawyer to support private equity sponsors and energy developers in financing renewable energy projects. You will conduct document diligence on contracts related to wind, solar, and storage projects.

The ideal candidate has a law degree from an ABA-accredited school, is admitted to the New York Bar, and has at least 2 years of relevant finance experience. The position offers a hybrid working model and competitive salary structure.
