What you’ll do
- Work as an autonomous Clinical Nurse Specialist, managing a defined patient caseload across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Deliver holistic, coordinated care while supporting patients and their families throughout their treatment pathway.
- Lead on inpatient and outpatient reviews, including consultant‑led and nurse‑led clinics.
- Coordinate patient care, completing holistic needs assessments and supporting treatment pathways.
- Work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, evidence‑based care.
- Act as a clinical expert, providing guidance and education to colleagues and patients.
- Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration and a relevant post‑registration qualification.
- At least one year’s experience working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Strong background in oncology, with exposure to medical, clinical or surgical oncology.
- Confidence in autonomous practice, caseload management and clinical decision‑making.
- Passion for education, leadership and continuous improvement.
