Strategic SaaS Customer Success Manager – Growth & Renewal

Medium in Brierley Hill is looking for a Customer Success professional to serve as the primary point of contact for clients using the WorkWave platform. You’ll be responsible for maximizing client value and identifying upsell opportunities within accounts.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in SaaS renewals or account management and a strong understanding of SaaS metrics. This position offers a salary of £50,000 – £52,500 per year.
