Wealth Planning Team Lead: Coaching & Client Focus

BARCLAYS is seeking a Wealth Planning Team Leader to support a team of Wealth Planners and Managers. In this role based in Guildford, Bournemouth or Southampton, you’ll provide coaching and supervision to deliver high-quality client services and uphold regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a financial planning qualification at RDR Level 4 or above, and substantial experience in a regulated environment. You will enhance team development, build positive client relationships, and foster a culture of inclusion and growth.
