What roles are available
You’ll be part of building and scaling companies, which, depending on your talent profile and interests, could entail responsibilities such as:
- Building and maintaining valuable relationships with key industry players, including CEOs, entrepreneurs, and co‑founders of companies such as Airbnb, Apple, and Starbucks.
- Driving revenue growth by contributing to commercial strategy and execution.
- Defining and executing marketing strategies to expand our audience of senior industry professionals, investors, and future unicorn founders.
- Strategically contributing to the rapid scaling of a talented and skilled team.
- Analyzing business metrics to enable data‑driven decisions.
What we expect from you
Our undergraduates join us from many backgrounds – there is no single “right” major or course of study. We look for driven people with potential – we will teach you the rest.
We further expect that you:
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Have a valid UK working visa, or will obtain one by the start date.
- Have demonstrated either academic excellence or substantial extracurricular involvement (or both) during your university studies.
What comes after the internship
For exceptional performers, you will be considered for one of the few permanent positions as an associate in the firm. Staying in the firm beyond the internship is a springboard for achieving your career goal.
