EDI Strategy Lead – Inclusion & Culture (London)

SCS Railways is looking for an experienced Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager in Greater London. In this role, you’ll lead the EDI strategy across a major infrastructure joint venture, working closely with the Head of Culture and Transformation.

Your primary focus will be to shape an inclusive culture across three parent organizations and influence stakeholders to drive meaningful change effectively.

This role requires strategic thinking and strong relationship-building skills.
