ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Business / Functional Analyst

Opportunity for a permanent hybrid position based at a customer site in the UK. The role is 3 days a week on site with the remaining 2 days remote.

Full-time hours: 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data model, configuration and processes in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
• Support ITIL processes, incident, service request and change management.
• Ensure data quality and governance across the CMDB.
• Administer ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data governance, business analysis and administration.
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM.
• ITIL/ITSM experience.
• PL/SQL skills.
• ServiceNow certification preferred.
• Financial services experience desirable.

Compensation

Salary £80,000-90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
