Founding DevEx Engineer — Accelerate Developer Productivity

Netcraft is seeking an experienced Developer Experience Engineer to enhance developer productivity across their UK offices. In this role, you will evaluate and integrate developer tools, develop templates for project bootstrapping, and standardise the local development experience to reduce onboarding time.

You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership to deliver meaningful change in developer workflows, focusing on reducing friction and improving satisfaction. Required qualifications include at least 4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in modern scripting languages.
