Campus IT Engineer – Windows 11 & AV Support

Lancaster University seeks an enthusiastic IT Engineer to support IT Services on campus. You’ll provide second-line technical support and collaborate with the AV services team for learning spaces.

Your role involves working with broader IT teams to deliver services and participate in deploying Windows 11. Ideal candidates have experience in an IT service environment and knowledge of AV systems in higher education.

This position offers opportunities for training and occasional paid work outside normal hours.
