What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the servicing and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
- Learning from experienced engineers while gaining industry‑recognised qualifications.
- Diagnosing faults and helping carry out repairs.
- Visiting a variety of customer sites, from offices and schools to retail and industrial premises.
- Using tablets and mobile technology to complete job reports.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.
- Working safely and following industry standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in technology, electronics, engineering, or hands‑on trades.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Reliable, motivated, and keen to develop professionally.
- Full UK driving licence (or close to obtaining one).
- Previous experience in engineering, electrical work, telecoms, IT, maintenance, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
