Paragon are partnered with a $30BN AUM multi-strategy hedge fund that is looking to add an experienced Software Engineer to its Commodities technology team.
This is a rare opportunity to sit directly alongside Portfolio Managers and Traders, building technology that influences investment decisions, trading activity and risk management across global commodities markets.
Rather than operating in a traditional support function, you’ll be embedded with the business, solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment where your work has immediate visibility and impact.
Key Experience
- Background building risk, P&L or trading systems
- Experience working in front-office or investment-facing environments
- Strong understanding of market data and trading workflows
- Ability to engage directly with traders, portfolio managers and senior stakeholders
Experience within commodities, energy markets, or physical trading environments would be particularly valuable, although candidates from broader asset classes will also be considered.
