We are currently recruiting for a Site Support to join our team. This is a key role responsible for supporting the day-to-day running, safety, and presentation of the physical site, including the workshop, forecourt, and customer-facing areas.
The Site Support will play an important part in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles across the site, making sure they are in the right place at the right time for technicians, service advisers, and sales staff. You will help maintain high standards across the site, ensuring the forecourt and surrounding areas are clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
You will also be responsible for monitoring overall site conditions, including lighting, walkways, and access routes, and escalating any maintenance issues to the relevant teams. A key part of the role is supporting a safe working environment by following and promoting health and safety procedures, including vehicle movements, pedestrian safety, and general site housekeeping.
Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience working in a fast-paced or operational environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A flexible attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business
