Senior Claims Lead — Global Marine Cargo & Property

HFG is seeking a Claims Team Leader based in the City of London to steer a small team of three. This leadership position requires candidates with over 10 years of claims experience, ideally with 2-3 years in a management role. Responsibilities include overseeing claims handling, improving service efficiency, and providing technical guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cargo and Property & Casualty claims and excellent communication skills. International experience is preferred but not essential.
