Defence RF Signature Analyst – RCS & EM Modelling

MASS is looking for an RF Signature Analyst to join its team at Portsdown West, Fareham. The role involves supporting RF and electromagnetic signature analysis across critical defense programs. You’ll assess electromagnetic signatures of advanced air systems and provide technical insights that support defense capability decisions.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a STEM degree and experience with radar cross section assessment and computational electromagnetics. A collaborative work environment is provided, along with competitive benefits.
