Compliance Officer

Southampton, HampshireFull-time, PermanentMonday – Friday (7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm)£35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and regulations
• Support and maintain BRC and ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation and follow‑ups
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, policies and procedures
• Monitor processes to ensure they meet certification and regulatory requirements
• Investigate compliance issues and support corrective/preventive actions
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Deliver guidance and support to staff on compliance best practices
