Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and regulations
- Support and maintain BRC and ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation and follow‑ups
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, policies and procedures
- Monitor processes to ensure they meet certification and regulatory requirements
- Investigate compliance issues and support corrective/preventive actions
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Deliver guidance and support to staff on compliance best practices
