Lead Practitioner – Learning Disabilities (Adults)

Bury Council is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to lead the Adults with Learning Disabilities team. You will be responsible for providing practice leadership, managing complex cases, and mentoring staff while ensuring high-quality, person-centered support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in adult social care and a commitment to improving outcomes for adults with learning disabilities. In addition, you will support quality assurance and collaborate with health partners and community services.
