Frailty ACP: Clinical Lead for Elderly Care

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Frailty. This role is vital in assessing frail elderly patients and providing expert guidance within our expanding team.
