Responsibilities
- Business development – cultivate and secure new client relationships.
- Talent acquisition – source and recruit top candidates for clients.
- Creative ad writing – craft compelling job adverts that resonate with candidates and represent clients’ needs.
- Interviewing – identify and interview the best talent in the market.
- Strategic marketing – create personalised marketing materials to showcase candidates and services.
- Client engagement – attend client meetings, social events and lunches.
Qualifications
While sales or recruitment experience is beneficial, it is not essential. We value excellent communication skills, a drive for excellence, and a strong work ethic.
