Responsibilities

• Work as an individual, diagnosing and repairing a range of commercial refrigeration and A/C systems.
• Be part of a regional service team.
• Communicate directly with our customers whilst on site.
• Update jobs and customer portals through your PDA.
• Cover standby duties on a rota.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong engineering background, proactive approach, adaptability, excellent analytical skills, and a customer‑focused mindset.

• Professional experience in the same or a similar role.
• A flexible approach to working hours, covering standby and occasional out‑of‑hours work.
• Willingness to travel to work at various client’s premises.
• Successful applicant must have current F‑gas qualification.
