Maintenance Fitter – Downtime Reduction & Preventive PM

Gap Construction is seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter for their Deeside location to ensure optimal functioning of industrial machinery. The role requires responsibility for maintenance, repair, and setup of equipment, alongside a solid background in preventative and reactive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have completed an apprenticeship or equivalent in mechanical maintenance and possess over 10 years of relevant experience in a production environment. Successful applicants will demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to minimizing unplanned downtimes.
