Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clear and efficient facility organization and data quality.
• Effectively build single cells or stacks from CCMs supplied and carry out appropriate documented checks before and during testing.
• Operate a number of test stands to an agreed schedule to evaluate CCM performance and durability.
• Process test data and liaise with other functions to interpret the results and help develop the scientific understanding of the tested component.
• Manage, maintain, and calibrate test stands.
• Develop and implement new internal or external customer requirements (new test equipment, new technique and/or protocol).

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in an Engineering/Scientific discipline or proven laboratory experience.
• Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of MS Excel and coding.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Accurate data interpretation and presentation.
• Ability to work to defined procedures and organize own work schedules.
