Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Remote
Vertical Recruitment are working with an established building services consultancy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join its growing team
This is a senior-level role offering the opportunity to take ownership of mechanical design delivery across a wide range of building services projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams from concept through to completion
The position suits an engineer who enjoys technical detail, problem solving, client interaction and taking responsibility for delivering well-coordinated, practical engineering solutions. There is a clear pathway towards Principal Engineer and Associate level for the right individual.
Working Arrangements – This is a mostly remote role, with flexibility to work from home. Attendance will be required for client meetings, internal collaboration sessions and site visits where necessary. Candidates must be based within a commutable distance of Manchester.
You will act as the mechanical technical lead across a variety of building services projects, ensuring high-quality design delivery and coordination throughout all project stages.
