A refrigeration and climate control specialist, this company has built a strong regional reputation for delivering tailored commercial refrigeration solutions including design, installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance for cold rooms, display cabinets, blast freezers, cellar cooling and other temperature‑critical systems. In addition to its cooling expertise, the business installs and maintains air conditioning systems for both commercial and domestic properties, emphasising reliable performance, compliance and customer‑focused service across all its offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as an individual, diagnosing and repairing a range of commercial refrigeration systems.
• Be part of a regional service team.
• Communicate directly with our customers whilst on site.
• Cover standby duties on a rota.

Package

• Basic – £38k – £46k (depending on experience)
• Overtime, door to door & on‑call pay
• Performance bonus
• 33 days annual leave

What You’ll Need

• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
