Water Delivery ECC Supervisor — On‑Site Construction Lead

Southern Water is looking for 2x Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC) Supervisors to ensure high quality in our infrastructure projects. Based in Sussex and Hampshire, you will oversee safe and compliant construction processes while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidates will have strong NEC4 Contract Management knowledge and a HNC qualification or above in Civil or Process Engineering. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and improve project delivery within the water sector.
