Salary up to £26,000- £32,000 per annum + Call out

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer – HVAC working on a contract based within Glasgow and surrounding areas handling maintenance issues on Commercial electrical plant equipment within the Commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
- Installation and operation of engineering equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including risk assessment & working safely with equipment
- Respond to re-active works
- Required to work on callout for the contract
- BMS experience and multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance – Essential
- Domestic and commercial gas fired appliances qualification & Pipework, testing and purging – Essential
- F Gas Qualification – Essential
Suitable training and up‑skilling – May be given, as and when required
