Salary: GBP38,000 – GBP50,000 per annum + benefits.

Work with high-spec aerospace, defence & motorsport customers and join a global engineering group with strong technical capability.

Be the key link between customers, production & quality, and work closely with production, quality & commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and technical requirements.
• Ensure all heat-treatment processes meet AS9100, NADCAP & customer specifications.
• Manage process documentation, configuration control & validation trials.
• Act as a technical interface for customers, supporting enquiries & quotations.
• Maintain specification libraries and support internal/external audits.
• Work closely with production, quality & commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in a technical engineering role (heat treatment preferred; surface treatments considered).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings & aerospace specifications (AMS, NADCAP, AS9100).
• Flexible, organised, and confident working across multiple teams.
