Remote 2nd Line IT Support Engineer (M365/AD)

Redsquid, based in Borehamwood, is looking for a skilled 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to handle various IT issues remotely. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, supporting customers, and maintaining backend systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a 2nd Line role and strong knowledge of the M365 platform. You’ll need excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently under a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for customer site visits is required.
