The Role
- Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion.
- Conducting viewings and presenting the development to prospective purchasers.
- Building relationships with buyers and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a first‑class customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous property experience is essential (new homes, estate agency or related property sales).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Professional, motivated and customer‑focused.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional buying experience.
- Able to work effectively within a target‑driven environment.
Package
- Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
- OTE up to £59,000.
