Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front‑of‑house team during service, setting the standard for warm, professional and attentive hospitality
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the reputation and standards of our award‑winning restaurant
- Support the onboarding, training and development of team members, helping to build confidence, product knowledge and service excellence
- Coach and mentor colleagues on the floor, providing guidance and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where colleagues feel engaged, supported and motivated to succeed
- Champion high standards of presentation, service and attention to detail, ensuring consistency across every shift
- Support daily restaurant operations, reservations and table management to ensure a smooth and seamless guest journey
- Develop and share strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge, enabling the team to confidently make recommendations and enhance the guest experience
- Encourage upselling through excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and wider hotel teams to deliver a first‑class dining experience
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards
About You
- Previous experience in a Hospitality Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or similar role within a quality‑led or high‑end restaurant environment
- Passionate about hospitality, exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with an interest in wine and wine pairing
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and inspiring others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, hands‑on approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation
