Transformation Project Manager

Job Overview

To ensure the success of our transformation, we need a dedicated Project Manager. This role will provide continuous status oversight and ensure alignment across teams. Having a dedicated resource will keep workstreams moving forward, proactively managing risks and bottlenecks. This role is critical for maintaining pace, ensuring smooth coordination, and driving the program’s overall success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, maintain and operate transformation workstreams, including timelines and milestones.
• Lead on specific projects.
• Act as a gatekeeper, raising flags based on project needs and priorities.
• Coordinate between workstreams and divisions.
• Participate in meetings, prepare summaries, and document protocols.
• Prepare presentations and other materials as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (working in a fast paced environment).
• Experience in a SasS business – must.
• Experience in international organizations (advantage).
• Full‑time availability, with flexibility for overtime/unusual hours.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
