Service Desk Analyst | £150 | Inside IR35 PAYE | 3 Months | Onsite/Hybrid
We’re recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst for a 3‑Month contract role. This position will be vital in supporting our clients Self‑Service Password Reset rollout. This position is determined as Inside IR35 PAYE and requires onsite work in either Exeter or St Austell for the first 2 weeks, with flexibility on Hybrid working 1‑2 days per week following training.
Key Requirements
- Confident following documented processes and procedures to resolve common service desk queries
- Strong verbal communication skills when assisting users with password reset issues
- Accurate ticket logging and updating within service management tool following defined standards
- Ability to handle volume of user contacts during password policy rollout period
- IT troubleshooting knowledge and willingness to learn tools and processes quickly
- Willingness to commit to onsite work in either Exeter or St Austell
