About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Regional Talent Recruiter to join our team near the New Forest. This is a strategic role where you will partner closely with senior leaders to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders to understand critical hiring needs.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from role definition through to offer and onboarding.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring best-in-class recruitment practices, process rigor, and efficiency.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, creative sourcing strategies in collaboration with business leaders.
- Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across multiple industries and functions.
- Proven ability to source talent independently using innovative approaches (beyond LinkedIn), as well as collaborating with sourcing partners.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity; resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency, excellent prioritisation skills, and adaptability.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on delivery and problem-solving.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Passion for people, with a natural instinct to support, anticipate needs, and go the extra mile.
- Exceptional communication skills—oral, written, and interpersonal.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, share accountability, and both give and receive feedback effectively.
