Alexander Steele Recruitment have partnered with a leading food manufacturing business to find a Co-Manufacturing Project Manager to join their growing operations team in the UK.
This is a high-visibility, business-building role where you will own co-manufacturing projects end to end from business case development, through contract negotiation, delivery and ongoing account management
Responsibilities
Build and present business cases to internal stakeholders and customers, outlining timelines, CAPEX, financials and commercial terms
Negotiate contract terms with major brand partners
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against agreed baselines
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, supply chain, quality, finance and legal.
Manage relationships with co-manufacturing partners and brand customers at a senior level
Monitor KPIs, identify risks early and drive resolution
Requirement
3–5+ years of project management experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
Proven background in co-manufacturing, co-packing or contract manufacturing
Strong commercial and financial acumen, experience building business cases and negotiating contracts
Excellent stakeholder management skills at a senior level
A degree in Engineering, Food Technology or a related discipline is preferred
