This role would suit a creative and commercially minded individual with a passion for trend-led product development and the ability to translate emerging trends into commercially successful ranges.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and interpreting trends, developing seasonal colour palettes and creating innovative products that meet customer requirements. Working closely with buyers, customer design teams and internal departments, they will manage developments from concept through to sampling, ensuring products remain commercially viable and aligned with target costings.

Qualifications
- Previous jerseywear experience
Required Skills
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
- Ability to produce accurate CADs
- Highly organised and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
