Recruitment Resourcer (Hybrid – Epping)

We’re looking for a driven and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team—and we’re looking to hire quickly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment, gaining hands-on experience across candidate sourcing, bookings coordination, and client delivery.

Location: Epping (only 1–2 days in the office)

Salary: £25,000 (starting)

Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple roles
• Managing candidate pipelines and internal systems
• Coordinating bookings between clients and candidates
• Supporting with out-of-hours on-call (rota-based)
• Delivering a high-quality candidate experience
• Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity

What we’re looking for:

• Previous resourcing or admin experience (ideal, not essential)
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
