Customer Success Executive – Southampton – Onsite – £28k + OTE + bonus – Permanent

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a market-leading organisation in their search for a permanent, full-time Customer Success Executive offering £28k + OTE + bonus!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar client-facing role who enjoys working closely with customers to drive engagement, retention and long-term success.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping them maximise the value of the company’s software products while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
  • Proactively contact customers to drive retention and reduce churn.
  • Assist with customer renewals and account growth opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing customer interactions.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The confidence to work proactively and build relationships at all levels.
