The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to provide immediate, critical contract cover starting in July. Due to multiple upcoming team departures, quick onboarding and immediate impact are essential. You will oversee an active multi-sector portfolio featuring both B2B and B2C clients across global technology, financial services/asset management, and global consumer goods/corporate environments. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring independent operation and the maintenance of high standards of client service from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking senior ownership of biddable campaign delivery across the portfolio.
- Ensuring campaign activity is set up, running, and optimised to a consistently high standard.
- Acting as the senior day-to-day client contact across assigned accounts.
- Managing relationships at the Director level and above.
- Overseeing and coordinating onshore and offshore delivery teams while maintaining briefing, QA, and communication processes.
- Managing performance across active campaigns, overseeing budget tracking, and leading client-facing reporting cycles.
- Connecting Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic activity into coherent, integrated delivery across the portfolio.
- Maintaining strict awareness of compliance and governance requirements relevant to regulated client environments.
- Supporting finance and scope management across active SOWs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Paid Social primary specialism, featuring hands-on experience across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Secondary platform experience, such as YouTube, is considered advantageous.
- Strong cross-channel experience across Paid Search and/or Programmatic, as this is not a single-channel role.
- Demonstrable AD-level experience, including senior client management, team and offshore coordination, and commercial accountability.
- Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive client environments.
- A self-starter capable of getting up to speed quickly, taking ownership, and operating with minimal hand-holding.
- A clear, confident communicator when dealing with clients, internal teams, and offshore resources.
- Highly organised professional with strong attention to detail across budgets, processes, and delivery standards.
Interview Process
