What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll combine sales, relationship management, and business development to help clients secure top talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing new client relationships
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working towards individual and team revenue targets

- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or commercial roles
