We are looking for a motivated and culturally aware Direct Marketing & A&R Assistant to join our London team. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote music and culture-led campaigns directly to the public
  • Build genuine connections with young creatives, artists, and supporters
  • Support audience growth and community engagement initiatives
  • Identify emerging music talent, trends, and cultural movements across London
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, activations, pop-ups, and community campaigns
  • Assist with artist outreach, promotional campaigns, and grassroots marketing activity
  • Work closely with a creative London-based team focused on music, culture, and impact
  • Contribute ideas for artist development, social engagement, and campaign growth
  • Help drive campaign performance and engagement targets

Requirements

  • Strong interest in music, culture, and the music industry
  • Confident communicator with strong people skills
  • Fluent spoken English
  • Based in London and available for in-person work
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing personality
  • Interest in A&R, music marketing, events, branding, or artist development
  • Knowledge of current music trends, social media culture, and emerging artists is a bonus

Previous experience in marketing, promotions, music, events, sales, customer service, or community outreach is helpful but not essential. Full training and mentorship are provided.
