We are currently recruiting experiencedRail Replacement Bus Driversfor ongoing work across London.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for flexible shifts, excellent pay rates, and the opportunity to work with one of the most recognised operators within the rail replacement sector.
Most work takes place on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts during bank holidays and school half terms.

PAYE Rates:
Training
- £16.67 per hour
Monday Friday
- Day: £19.50 per hour
- Night: £20.36 per hour
Saturday Sunday
- Day: £21.12 per hour
- Night: £22.03 per hour
Bank Holidays
- Day: £23.39 per hour
- Night: £29.25 per hour
Boxing Day
- Day: £25.35 per hour
PAYE + Holiday Pay Rates
Training
- £18.68 per hour
Monday Friday
- Day: £21.85 per hour
- Night: £22.82 per hour
Saturday Sunday
- Day: £23.67 per hour
- Night: £24.69 per hour
Bank Holidays
- Day: £26.22 per hour
- Night: £32.78 per hour
Boxing Day
- Day: £28.41 per hour

Training
- £22.13 per hour
Monday Friday
- Day: £25.89 per hour

- Day: £31.07 per hour

- Day: £33.67 per hour
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years PCV driving experience
- Must have driven within the last 6 months
- Availability for weekend work
- Valid PCV Licence and CPC Qualification
- Willingness to complete D&A testing, assessments, and induction
Assessment & Induction
- Assessments, D&A testing, and inductions are completed over 2 days
- All induction days are fully paid
